1995: Established a specialized factory for the R&D and production of a full range of popcorn products, mainly serving cinemas, sports venues, amusement parks, KTVs, and other leisure venues.

May 2012: In response to market demand and with forward-looking vision, Shanghai Yuqiu Food Co., Ltd. was founded, focusing on the development and production of ball‑shaped popcorn, and launching proprietary brands AMIGO and Popcorn Expert.
